Fantasy Draft Race provides an interactive, 16-bit retro arcade touchdown sprint simulator and draft order generator for fantasy football, dynasty rookie drafts, and keeper leagues. Features include deterministic PRNG seeded simulations, Sleeper and ESPN league metadata imports, weighted lottery odds calculations, live stream party reveal timers, and graphic card exports.

3. No Real-Money Gambling or Betting

Fantasy Draft Race is an entertainment and decision-utility tool designed solely to assist fantasy sports commissioners in organizing their amateur draft selection orders. The Service does not offer, promote, facilitate, or conduct real-money gambling, sports betting, or games of chance for monetary prizes. Users agree not to use the Service in violation of any applicable local, state, federal, or international gambling laws.

4. Commissioner Passes, Payments & No-Refund Policy

• Free Tier: Basic race simulation, Sleeper/ESPN public imports, replay permalinks, and draft card exports are offered free of charge.
• Seasonal Passes (One League Pass & Commissioner Unlimited): Paid passes provide access to advanced features (e.g. cloud roster storage, custom Jumbotron slogans, vanity URLs, multi-league saves, and video exports). Seasonal passes grant a single non-recurring license valid for 365 days from the purchase date. There are no automatic renewals or recurring subscription fees.
• All Sales Are Final: Because seasonal passes and tip jar contributions unlock digital functionality and cloud database allocation immediately upon payment, all purchases are strictly non-refundable and all sales are final as set forth in our Refund Policy.
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via Stripe, Inc. in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content

The Service, including its retro pixel art, sound synthesis engine, user interface, deterministic physics code, and brand logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of Fantasy Draft Race and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You retain ownership of any fantasy team names or custom slogans you input. By using our export tools, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive license to share and publish generated Championship graphic cards (.png) and draft order lists in private chats, social media, and league forums.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to overwhelm or disrupt our servers or APIs.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service without permission.
• Use the Service to transmit abusive, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful content in custom team names or slogans.
• Resell or redistribute access to paid commissioner passes without express written authorization.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the simulation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of server latency during peak seasonal draft weekends.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Fantasy Draft Race, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, fantasy league disputes, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any revisions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
