1. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)

Due to the digital nature of our software and the immediate unlocking of digital assets, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a payment for a seasonal commissioner pass (such as the One League Pass - $19 or Commissioner Unlimited Pass - $39) or a tip jar contribution is processed, we do not offer cash refunds, partial refunds, chargeback credits, or prorated adjustments under any circumstances.

2. Try the Free Tier Before Purchasing

We provide a 100% Free Kickoff Tier that allows commissioners and managers to test our full simulation engine, test Sleeper and ESPN league imports, and run unlimited draft order races before deciding to upgrade. We strongly encourage all users to explore the free features to ensure the tool fits their league's requirements prior to purchasing a paid pass.

3. No Auto-Renewals (No Cancellation Required)

All paid passes on Fantasy Draft Race are one-time seasonal purchases valid for 365 days. We do not operate recurring auto-renewals or monthly recurring subscription charges. You will never be billed automatically at the end of the year, and there is no need to manually cancel your account to prevent future billing.

While all sales are final, we are fully committed to ensuring your draft race runs smoothly. If you experience any technical issues with roster synchronization, Sleeper/ESPN metadata imports, or accessing paid features on your account, please contact our support desk immediately:
